Yet, here we are with sagging skin that makes us look old, tired, or even permanently grumpy. Keep reading to learn about a new treatment that may help you get a more youthful look
What is a Y-Lift?
A Y-Lift is a procedure that sculpts the areas of your face and neck that show the most obvious signs of aging. Your jawline, neck and cheekbones are made more youthful with an instrument made out of titanium. Even better, there’s no anesthesia or incisions. Hyaluronic acid is injected under the skin to ensure the changes made hold their position.
Is it safer than a facelift?
This procedure is far more safe than a facelift. It’s minimally invasive and requires no incisions. If you want a facelift, but can’t undergo surgery, then Y-Lift is a great alternative. There are plenty of people who don’t want to risk surgery, and Y-Lift is well-suited to those people. Allergic reactions are possible, so we recommend seeing a trained physician for this procedure.
How does it work?
There are no knives or traditional surgery involved. The procedure involves shaping and contouring your tissue with a specially-designed titanium instrument. Fillers are injected under the skin with no incisions or general anesthesia. Imagine having great results without the lengthy downtime or recovery complications that come from traditional surgery.
How long does it take to perform the procedure?
Done as an outpatient procedure, it only takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete. You don’t even need to take a full day off work to get the Y-Lift!
